In the present paper the new very simple quantitative model of the Universe is proposed. In the base of this model there are the spin of the Metagalaxy, its pulsations and the musical fractality. The proposed model describes the rhythmical and eventful pattern of the Universe in accordance with which all the populations of different ranks from population of elementary particles up to populations of stars and galaxies must live.
