Shown in this paper is a wave process of propagation of the dipole oscillations that can arise in the real dielectrics, so-called polarization waves. Such waves are found to carry some information about the spatial structure of the lithospheric layers. The evaluation of their propagation velocity was made. Received theoretical results demonstrate the process of the short-impulse electromagnetic field establishment.<\/p>\n
