The editorial board accepts the manuscript for consideration if it complies with the thematic directions of the publication, with a preliminary estimate of the originality of the author’s text. The review process consists of several stages, providing internal and external review of the manuscript. At the first stage ‒ the (internal) review of the manuscript ‒ the article is examined by experts from the members of the Editorial Board. At the second stage the Editorial Board secures an independent (external) review, in which case the manuscript must be accompanied by a reputable scientist’s review, who is a leading expert in the relevant field of science (doctor or professor). And finally, the Editorial Board makes a decision on including the manuscript into the journal’s issue.
