A professional scientific community is distinguished by its adopting the Code of scientists and experts, which establishes the basic rules of conduct and obligations of members of the community in relation to each other and to the public. The major purpose of the Code is to maximize the benefits to the professional community and to limit the actions of favoritism, as well as to ensure each author’s intellectual property rights.
The publication policy of the journal “Geoіnformatikaˮ strictly adheres on ethical standards in accordance with generally accepted international standards developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Code of Conduct, authorized by COPЕ, as well as the experience of Foreign and Ukrainian scientific communities, organizations, and editorial offices.
