ANALYTIC-NUMERICAL APPROACHES TO THE CALCULATION OF SEISMIC MOMENT TENSOR AS A FUNCTION OF TIME

A method is proposed for determining the seismic moment tenser components as a function of time on the stations’data. To solve the stated problem there is used matrix method in the paper. The method developed here has been tested using the synthetic data and a real event which had occurred in the Crimea region of Ukraine on October 16, 1998, Mw=3,6.
