ON THE CONDITIONS OF POLARIZATION WAVES ARISING

Determined in the paper are the necessary conditions of the wave process arising in the continuous medium. The paper shows that the conditions of the wave propagation process are met for the electric dipoles system of the Earth lithosphere layers.
