A.E. Kulinkovich, M.A. Yakymchuk

It is the thirty eighth paper in a series of publications that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics – the subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science methods of solving its specific tasks and so on. In this article the authors are scrutinizing the problems of evolution of the biosphere on the base of new data. The main aim is to solve “the Darvin problem” – why the process of formation of new species has an abrupt character and there are no transitional forms? The solution of these problems appears as unexpected: for new species genesis galaxy sanction must be obtained. Given in the paper is a new modern integrated theory of the organic evolution.

Keywords: organic evolution, Lamarckism, Darwinism, autogenesis, ektogenes, entelehiya, bio-computer, metabolism, subcellular, cellular and organismal level of living.
