FORECASTING OF EXOGENOUS GEOLOGICAL PROCESSES. PART 1. THEORETICAL BACKGROUNDS OF FORECASTING. PRINCIPLES OF LANDSLIDES ACTIVATION

The article presents a prediction algorithm of exogenous geological processes, which considers a full range of impacts. The algorithm is built on the stages of logic-statistical analysis involving GIS technologies. To validate the effectiveness of this algorithm experimentally it was developed a mathematical model for predicting landslides in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
