Purpose. The results of studying the deep structure in local areas along the trajectories of tropical cyclones (TCs) movement in 2017 are presented. In four regions of TC activity (northwestern and southern parts of the Pacific Ocean, north and south of the Indian Ocean), 56 local areas were surveyed along 5 trajectories of cyclones Noru, Hato, Mora, Enawo and Donna movement. Additionally, a survey of the central zones of 25 tropical cyclones, recorded by spacecraft in various regions of the world, was carried out.

Design/methodology/approach. Experimental studies at the survey sites were carried out using the methods of frequency-resonance processing and decoding of satellite images and photo images, vertical scanning (sounding) of the cross-section in order to determine (estimate) the depths and thicknesses of various rock complexes and minerals. Standing electric waves, discovered by Nikola Tesla in 1899, are at the heart of certain methods of mobile technology. The processing of satellite images and photo images is carried out using the resonance frequencies of rocks (sedimentary, metamorphic and magmatic), oil, condensate, gas, ore minerals and chemical elements as samples.

Findings. During the images of survey sites on the trajectories of cyclones processing, from the surface the instrumental measurements were carried out in order to register responses (signals) at the frequencies of hydrogen and basalts, to establish the type of volcanic structures and to determine the depth of the roots of the detected volcanoes. The results of images processing of the 81 local areas allow us to conclude that the formation and movement of TCs occurs mainly along the areas within which volcanic complexes filled with basalt rocks are located. An additional survey of four local areas, located not along the trajectory of the Noru tropical cyclone showed that in their contours the responses at the basalt and hydrogen frequencies are not recorded. Within some of the surveyed areas, instrumental measurements revealed the presence of volcanic structures, filled with sedimentary rocks of 1-6 and 7 (limestones) groups, in the contours of which oil, condensate and gas are synthesized at a depth of 57 km. In the cross-sections of a significant number of survey sites, the presence of intervals, filled with basalts, dolomites, marls and siliceous rocks, was established.

The practical significance and conclusions. The studies carried out indicate the efficiency and information content of mobile methods of satellite images frequency-resonance processing, as well as the expediency of their application for studying natural phenomena, associated with catastrophic tropical cyclones. In areas cyclones activity, these methods can be used to detect basalt volcanic structures and areas of hydrogen migration into the atmosphere, as well as to predict places of formation and trajectories of TCs. The obtained materials can be considered as the additional and weighty evidence in favor of the enormous influence of volcanic processes on the formation of the external appearance of the Earth, mineral deposits, as well as the initiation (emergence) of destructive natural phenomena on the planet.
